I provide trauma-informed therapy to children ages 6 and older, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, and the effects of trauma. I have experience supporting individuals who have experienced domestic violence, sexual violence, and childhood trauma, and I approach this work with compassion, cultural humility, and respect for each client’s lived experience. My approach is integrative and client-centered, combining evidence-based treatment modalities to develop individualized treatment plans that honor each client’s unique needs and values. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Play Therapy to support healing, strengthen coping skills, and nurture emotional resilience. I also offer therapy services in Spanish to support clients in the language in which they feel most comfortable. I am committed to creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and cared for as they navigate their healing journey at their own pace. I feel honored to walk alongside each client, supporting them in building resilience, finding balance, and reconnecting with their strengths.

A Few Things You Might Be Wondering
Who do you love working with and why?
I love working with clients across the lifespan, from kids to adults. I feel especially connected to the Latinx community. As Latina myself, it is meaningful for me to give back and dismantle harmful cultural beliefs that have impacted our collective well‑being. I also enjoy supporting people who are navigating anxiety, healing from domestic violence, or facing relationship challenges as it’s meaningful to walk alongside clients as they rebuild their sense of safety, confidence, and self‑trust.
How would you describe your clinical style and preferred modalities?
My clinical style is grounded in creating a space where you feel genuinely listened to, understood, and supported. I aim to offer a comfortable, non‑judgmental environment where you can explore your experiences, learn about yourself, and build coping skills that help you feel more grounded and empowered in your daily life. I work collaboratively, moving at the client’s pace, and focusing on what feels most meaningful and helpful to them.
I draw from several evidence‑based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness‑based approaches, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills. These approaches help us explore the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building greater present‑moment awareness. Together, we strengthen practical tools such as emotion regulation, distress tolerance, grounding, and effective communication.
What sets you apart as a clinician?
What sets me apart is the combination of cultural awareness, compassion, and skill building I bring into the therapeutic space. As a bilingual clinician connected to the Latinx community, I understand the cultural nuances, unspoken expectations, and generational patterns that often shape a person’s emotional experience. This allows me to meet clients with empathy and insight while helping them gently challenge beliefs that no longer serve them.
I also bring a grounded, collaborative style, one where clients feel truly heard, supported, and empowered to grow. I balance warmth with structure, offering both emotional safety and evidence‑based tools that clients can use in their daily lives.
