AREAS OF FOCUS
I strive to help couples who feel disconnected, stuck in unhealthy communication patterns, or struggling to rebuild trust and emotional closeness. I support partners in learning how to communicate more effectively, resolve conflict in healthier ways, and strengthen emotional and relational connection.
I am also passionate about supporting men who often feel pressure to suppress emotions, carry responsibilities alone, or struggle with stress, anger, identity, and relationship challenges. I provide a space where men can openly process their experiences without judgment while developing healthier ways to communicate, cope, and show up authentically in their relationships and daily lives.
Additionally, I enjoy working with teens who may feel misunderstood, overwhelmed, or unsure how to express themselves. I help adolescents navigate peer relationships, family dynamics, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and life transitions while building confidence and healthy coping skills.
My approach focuses on creating a safe, relatable, and supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to create meaningful and lasting change.

A Few Things You Might Be Wondering
Who do you love working with and why?
I enjoy working with pre-teens (12+), older teens (18+), young adults, adults, couples, and families. What I love most is helping people who are ready to make a change even if they don’t know where to start. Whether it’s improving your communication, working through relationship challenges, navigating new life transitions, or simply trying to become a better version of themselves, I enjoy walking alongside people as they figure it out and begin seeing real progress.
How would you describe your clinical style and preferred modalities?
My style is real, conversational, and collaborative. I want clients to feel like they’re talking to someone genuinely invested in them, not just someone checking boxes. I’ll listen, support, challenge you when needed, and help you see things from a different perspective. I primarily use Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, and Gottman Method principles, but I believe the relationship we build is just as important as the techniques we use.
What sets you apart as a clinician?
I believe people grow the most when they feel understood, not judged. I focus on building genuine relationships with my clients while also holding them accountable to the goals they set for themselves. I’m not here to tell people how to live their lives, I’m here to help them better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and leave every session with tools they can actually use. My hope is that every client leaves feeling heard, challenged, and confident that change is possible.
