AREAS OF FOCUS
Life can become overwhelming when you are constantly pouring into others, navigating major changes, or carrying experiences that have never had the space to fully heal. You may find yourself struggling with anxiety, burnout, low self-esteem, or feeling disconnected from the person you once were, or the person you are becoming. I am passionate about supporting women and individuals navigating life transitions, complex trauma, addiction, and emotional challenges that can make it difficult to feel grounded, confident, and in control of their lives. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore what is holding you back from living a life that feels meaningful to you.
My approach to therapy is person-centered and holistic, recognizing that mental and emotional well-being are deeply connected to the body and our everyday experiences. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, and mind-body awareness to help clients better understand themselves, manage difficult emotions, build self-esteem, and develop healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges. Rather than focusing only on what is “wrong,” I believe in identifying your existing strengths and helping you develop practical tools that support meaningful, sustainable change.
With a professional background in personal training and behavioral health, I bring a unique appreciation for the connection between physical and mental well-being. I believe movement and physical wellness can be powerful parts of a person’s overall well-being when approached with compassion and balance. Whether you are working through burnout, anxiety, trauma, addiction, a major life transition, or simply trying to reconnect with yourself, I strive to meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you move toward greater self-awareness, confidence, resilience, and a life that aligns with your values.
