AREAS OF FOCUS
I believe that every person deserves to feel seen, heard, and understood. My approach to therapy is warm, welcoming, and collaborative, creating a space where clients can show up as they are without fear of judgment. I view each individual as a whole person, recognizing that mental health is deeply connected to physical health, relationships, life experiences, and the environments we live in.
I take a holistic approach to care, integrating evidence-based therapies with compassion and curiosity. My work is informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I tailor these approaches to each client’s unique needs, helping individuals better understand their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and internal experiences while developing practical skills to navigate life’s challenges.
I believe that one’s emotional well-being is strengthened when we care for both the mind and body. Together, we can explore patterns, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change in a way that aligns with your values and goals. As a clinician, I am committed to lifelong learning. I continuously seek opportunities to expand my knowledge through ongoing education, specialized training, and stayinginformed about emerging research and evidence-based practices. This commitment allows me to provide thoughtful, personalized care that evolves alongside the needs of the people I serve.
My hope is that clients leave each session feeling supported, empowered, and equipped with practical tools to navigate life with greater confidence, resilience, and self-compassion.

A Few Things You Might Be Wondering
Who do you love working with and why?
I enjoy working with people of all ages and backgrounds, and I value the opportunity to support individuals through a wide range of life experiences and challenges. However, I find myself especially drawn to working with those who are navigating the transition into parenthood and rediscovering themselves along the way.
Parenthood often brings significant changes to identity, priorities, and daily life. I enjoy helping individuals reconnect with who they are, redefine their sense of purpose, and create a version of health and wellness that aligns with their current season of life. Supporting people as they build confidence, establish sustainable habits, and invest in their overall well-being is incredibly rewarding, especially when they are learning to care for themselves while caring for others.
How would you describe your clinical style and preferred modalities?
I believe therapy should feel like a conversation with someone who genuinely cares, not a place where you feel analyzed or judged. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I show up as a real person and work to create a space where you can be honest, vulnerable, and fully yourself.
Together, we’ll explore what’s bringing you in, make sense of the challenges you’re facing, and identify practical ways to move forward. Whether you’re navigating parenthood, life transitions, stress, anxiety, or simply trying to reconnect with yourself, my goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout the process. I use a mixture of CBT, ACT, IFS and a mind-body approach during treatment.
What sets you apart as a clinician?
What sets me apart as a clinician is my commitment to seeing each person as a whole, not just a diagnosis, symptom, or challenge they may be facing. I believe that every individual’s experiences, relationships, physical health, values, and life circumstances play an important role in their overall well-being, and I strive to understand the full picture of who they are.
I am also deeply committed to lifelong learning. I am naturally curious and continually seek out new knowledge, perspectives, and resources that may benefit my clients. If there is an approach, tool, or resource that could support someone’s growth and healing, I am willing to explore it. I believe that effective therapy is both evidence-based and individualized, and I work hard to ensure that the care I provide reflects the unique needs and goals of each person I work with.
